1/15/2024 0 Comments Cardhop for apple instalWhen I click details I get the following list (personal ID's redacted) Tried multiple PC's, browsers, and modes and get the same error each time.Īn error has prevented this application from working properly. I tried logging into (which works fine) until I click Drive and I then get an error. This was working fine until 2 days ago when I noticed I had a queue of files waiting to sync on iCloud for Windows. I've seen a few of these posts but no resolution, and no comments lately, so asking for myself. ICloud Drive Access Not Working - Browser or iCloud for Windows Hi, I had downloaded Etrecheck and running it gives the following issues related to iCloud Drive and the app store in the crash logs. I've done this a couple of times and it has not recovered the links. When I couldn't see the updates or purchased items, I signed in and out, rebooting between. When I opened the app store, for some unknown reason it had my old Apple ID showing so I signed out and entered the current one and password.I have disabled iCloud Drive now and the system works but obviously doesn't allow access to those files. Followed the instructions elsewhere in these forums to kill the 'bird' process and delete the cloudd preferences (needed iCloud Drive disabled to work).Deleted the Finder preferences in case it was a finder issue to no effect.Booted in recovery mode and reinstalled Mojave - no change.Left overnight in case syncing was slow (only ~700Mb should be need to be moved though and I'm on a reasonably fast DSL connection via ethernet) to no effect.Ran disk utility for first aid, both in the recovery mode and booted normally but no issues seen.Tried safe boot, but it still had the issue if iCloud Drive was enabled.Disabled LittleSnitch in case it was trying to block something. The App store is connected, but it is not recognising past purchases or showing updates (and there should be some as several apps have not been able to be updated for a while). The icon for iCloud drive in the finder windows has a lightning bolt through it which I think indicates an issue, In parallel, every time the system accesses the Finder/file system, it beachballs, sometimes requiring a relaunch of the Finder. iCloud Drive is giving the error dialog as above. This is the kind of stuff which really makes me believe Apple is sabotaging any operating system but the current one. When I go to System Information and check Software installations, I see the installed update but no title or version information listed as is visible in other updates. Signed back in, same problem with any app I try to download or update. Same error, now the word "Purchase" is written. I deleted the app (CardHop) and tried to download it from the App Store. Same error as original post here except "purchase" is replaced with "update" Next thing I know, when I had two app updates using the App Store, they won't update. I closed the Catalina installer and deleted it. I clicked nothing of the sort and auto macOS updates are disabled. I come back to my laptop and Catalina is downloaded and ready to install. I ignore the Catalina upgrade but underneath it said "Supplemental Update" so I agreed and installed it. I noticed an update in System Preferences -> Software Update. I have a MacBook Pro 15-inch (Mid-2012) running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 When you go to update an app, it says, "We could not complete your purchase." The only explanation given is "cancelled." I've seen this issue twice in the past two days, once on someone else's MacBook Pro, and now with mine. App Store Updates: "We could not complete your purchase." "cancelled" Is there an outage with the Mac App Store.
